White Cane Days
are held three or four times per year at shopping centers in the West Allis
community. Our next White Cane Day will be held on Sat, April
9, 2011 from 9:00am - 3:00pm at the Sentry Food Store located at S 102 & W.
National Ave in West Allis.
Chili Cook-Off is one of our newer projects held in
the month of February. Several different Chili recipes are available
for you to sample (as much as you want). You vote for your favorite to
give bragging rights to the cook. Raffles and a Bake sale are also
offered. The 2011 event was a great success. Watch for the 2012
date.
Pancake Breakfast
is an all you care to eat morning event that includes Pancakes, Sausage,
Apple Sauce, Milk, Juice, Coffee and fellowship. Raffles and door
prizes are also offered. Click here for information about our next

Calendar Raffle is sold by club members from September through December of each year, for a
donation of $10. Drawings are held on the third Thursday of each month
January thru December. Prizes of $50, $30, $25, $20, $15, $10 are
awarded each month. Entrants are eligible for
drawings every
month. Checks are mailed to the winners before the end of
the month for which it was drawn. Sales for our 2012 Raffle will begin
in August 2011.
Aluminum Can Recycling - this project is new for us and a place for the general public to deposit their aluminum cans is still being developed. However our members have been recycling for a time and the proceeds are becoming significant.
