June 17 2003 New Officers training school, St. Thomas Aquinas Church and School, 305 S. Second St. , Waterford. Cocktails 6:00pm, Dinner 7:00pm, Class 8:00pm. Please let Lion Harvey know if you plan on attending by June 1st. June 18 Past presidents night @ VFW post @ 7:00pm. June 27 Installation night @ Klemmers. Sign up with Lion Jerry Johnson. Entertainment will be provided by Lion Len. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend our annual Installation of Officers Night. It is very important that the club show its support for its new officers. We are holding it on Friday to avoid conflicts with weddings, graduations, etc. The busiest part of our year is approaching. Please give your committee chairmen and new officers your fullest cooperation and commitment. Be sure to sign up to work at the 4th of July and the Corn Roast. This has been a year to remember, with Lion Claude's election as Vice District Governor and our becoming the first club to become 100% Gold Supporting Members of the Wisconsin Lions Foundation. After dinner, a comedian will entertain and we will then be awarded our Bronze, Silver and Gold Sustaining Memberships in the Wisconsin Lions Foundation. JAN 15 Board meeting 7:00 pm VFW. The board will approve final checks for the Parade of Checks. JAN 17-19 District Convention at the Abbey. Friday night is Hawaiian Night, and Governor's Banquet Saturday evening is semi-formal for those who will be attending. Lets have a great turnout to help elect Lion CJ.
