You may choose 1 of 2 methods to register to attend the convention.  Once you have registered to attend, please remember to come back to this page to reserve your hotel stay as well.  PLEASE NOTE that you can only reserve rooms at our discounted rate through December 20th using a specific link we provide.  You will not be able to reserve rooms in our room block by going directly to the Grand Geneva’s website.

To attend Convention, choose your method of registration:

AFTER registering to attend, please choose your method to reserve a room
at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa. When making your ONLINE HOTEL RESERVATION PLEASE USE THE COMMENTS SECTION OF YOUR RESERVATION!

COMMENTS should include:  your LION/LIONESS/LEO CLUB NAME, and all preferences/requests you have.  These COMMENTS should also include "HOSPITALITY ROOM" if your club is planning to have one, or "LIMITED MOBILITY" if your room needs to be nearer to elevator access.

COMMENTS also include requests for room types, such as "KING BED" or "HOSPITALITY ROOM".  Our discounted rate is for double-double bed rooms.  The Grand Geneva will make every attempt to honor request but there is no guaranty.

If you wish to have a room at the Timber Ridge, please also indicate this in the COMMENTS section.
